WHAT IS COLD BREW?
This special preparation method was written down for the first time in the 17th century. Here, the ground coffee is extracted for several hours in cold water. Dutch traders developed this concept at that time in order to be no longer dependent on heat sources. For COFFRIGO we use beans from Costa Rica. The high-quality beans are gently roasted. In conjunction with the Cold Brew method, we are able to extract only the best from the freshly roasted and ground beans. Finally, we add nitrogen to the finished cold brew coffee to give it its creamy-sweet and refreshingly soft taste.
